Refund Policy

All sales made through Studio Definire, including the Foundational Sewing course, are final. Because we sell digital products and access to digital course content, we do not offer refunds, credits, or exchanges under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Failure to complete or access the course
- Dissatisfaction with course content or teaching style
- Purchase made in error
- Requests made before all course content has been released
Why no refunds: Once you purchase Foundational Sewing, you receive immediate access to digital content that cannot be “returned.” This policy allows us to keep the course priced fairly for everyone.
Rolling content release: Foundational Sewing is released in stages over the two weeks following purchase. Purchasing during this rollout period does not entitle you to a refund, partial refund, or credit while you wait for remaining lessons to be published. All content will be delivered as scheduled.
Payment disputes / chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us directly may result in immediate loss of access to the course and all associated materials.
